Dan grew up in Talent, OR, and began his commercial real estate career in 2021. He previously worked in golf club manufacturing, digital marketing, transportation logistics, and was the Head Men’s Golf Coach at Westminster University for three years. Dan graduated from the University of Utah in 2014 with a degree in economics, while also competing as the #1 player on the golf team. Following college, he enjoyed a professional golf career that took him all over the United States for a few years. Dan specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Utah market. Dan has worked with Dollar Tree, Milkshake Factory, Shipley Do-Nuts, Iceberg Drive Inn, Crazy D’s Hot Chicken, Crispy Cones, Potbelly, Strickland Brothers Ten Minute Oil Change, Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, and numerous other tenants. Dan’s work ethic, competitive nature, and analytical approach to the commercial real estate market have been a tremendous asset to his clients. In his free time, Dan enjoys golf, country music, and spending time with his family.
