Matt Moon is a dedicated GIS Analyst with over a decade of experience supporting commercial real estate initiatives across the United States. He holds a degree in Geography with an emphasis in GIS from the University of Utah and has been passionate about spatial data and mapmaking ever since. Matt specializes in geographic and demographic analysis to help brokers and their clients visualize market trends, assess site potential, and make informed decisions. He brings a deep understanding of ESRI tools, including ArcGIS, along with experience in a variety of other mapping platforms to deliver actionable insights through spatial analysis. Throughout his career, Matt has supported projects spanning commercial real estate, solar energy, urban planning, tourism, and even literature. Prior to joining Legend Commercial, he worked with Red Paw Technologies, Cushman & Wakefield, and Backcountry.com. Outside of work, Matt is a devoted family man who enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding in the mountains of Utah.
