Nick Clarke is a Jr. Investment Broker at Legend Commercial, where he helps clients identify strong investment opportunities and navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. Born and raised in Riverdale, Utah, he developed an early passion for commercial real estate that began in junior high and has guided his career path ever since. His foundation in business started through his involvement in DECA, where he managed his high school’s student store handling inventory, sales, and product promotion. This hands-on experience sharpened his business instincts and deepened his interest in entrepreneurship and deal-making. At Legend Commercial, he brings a detail-oriented, relationship-driven approach with a strong focus on long-term value and client success. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, and riding motorized vehicles whenever possible. He is also a car enthusiast with a keen interest in automotive design and performance.
