Nico launched his commercial real estate career in 2024, starting as an intern on Legend Commercial's administration team while completing his Bachelor of Science in Management at Arizona State University. Upon graduation, he transitioned quickly into a full-time brokerage role, reflecting both his initiative and his passion for the industry. Before entering brokerage, Nico worked as a recruiter for a national commercial inspections firm, gaining valuable experience in client relations and the operational side of real estate. That background, combined with his organizational skills and fast-paced work ethic, laid a strong foundation for his success in brokerage. Outside of real estate, Nico enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and staying engaged with the Salt Lake City community. As he continues to build his career, he is focused on delivering value through hard work, honest communication, and a hunger to continuously improve.
