Porter Anderson is a fourth-generation real estate professional who has been around commercial real estate from a very young age. He joined Legend Commercial in May 2022 and plays a key role on the development team, where he focuses on site analysis, financial modeling, investor relations, and supporting the brokerage team with underwriting. Porter has also been able to flex his creative muscle in the office by taking charge of website design and producing The Dirt Dog Pod alongside Chris Hatch.

Before joining Legend, Porter spent two years working as a real estate analyst for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There, he managed transactions for meetinghouses, humanitarian projects, and educational sites across the U.S. and Canada, gaining valuable experience in institutional real estate. Porter graduated with a degree in Digital Communication in 2019 and went back to school later to pursue his Master’s in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, cheering on his favorite soccer teams, and spending time with his family.
