Pulsipher has over five years of experience in real estate and joined the CRE brokerage industry in 2022. Pulsipher’s passion for innovative marketing and consumer experience sets him apart in the industry by driving a memorable experience from listing to closing. His dynamic skill set includes fluent Spanish speaking/writing capabilities. He is well-versed in sales, analytics, underwriting, and marketing. His exceptional interpersonal skills and business ethics allow him to earn the trust and confidence of his clients and colleagues. Pulsipher has gained the confidence of numerous clients through successful lease and sale transactions involving various asset classes such as industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and land. Pulsipher is currently pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the Woodbury School of Business of Utah Valley University.
